Genuine Yamaha Front Brake Pad Kit for YZF-R1 2002
The YZF-R1 2002 came in for brake pad change and for this reason, as this has already had many pad changes, the customer wanted to keep it standard and stay with the OEM set up for both front and rear pads. Finding the right parts for the job was not tricky as I use Webike help pages and cross reference with Yamaha schematics to make doubly sure. These pads were pretty good value for OEM ones and less than could be sourced locally. I usually have a few other parts ready to ship so this keeps the cost of shipping down. As this was part of a larger brake pad order the price was right. My order arrived via EMS in 5 days from shipping which you simply cannot argue about. My order was well packaged and the pads also came in the standar Yamaha plastic pack. The pads are not really anything special but due to the extreme speeds these bikes can reach, they are surely up for the task. Fitting was easy as the calipers were all ready to accept the pads. One less job, now on to the rears of this bike. Thanks Webike.
I have not had the pleasure of this Fino before as it is a new customer but the front pads were not good and had be run with a contaminant between the disc and the pad which made these pads not perform how they should. Good old British weather for you and the grit used. No matter, the pads were easy to find witht eh Yamaha schematics. Webike had these in stock and the price was really competitive. A fair bit cheaper than my locally dealer could match. With some other parts in my order, all were shipped with EMS and arrived in 5 days. The box was packaged really well and nothing got any damage. These pads are a little odd looking but as they are Yamaha ones, I have no issue in putting my faith in them. If I did not like the quality of some parts, I would not fit them. All in all, the customer is really happy with the outcome and now this makes one happy mechanic. Appreciate it, thanks Webike. View Detail
Needed new front a back brake pads and wanted to keep genuine Yamaha ones. Very cheap for the brake pads. They are good and last a long while. Pads are great, look brilliant. Easy to fit them and ready to ride quickly. They are new so need to break in but very happy to have bought genuine.View Detail
This was the second part of the pad change on this old girl, FZ1 2010 bike. As before, I found the correct pads by using the help pages from Webike and then cross referencing Yamaha schematics. Also, checking for superseded parts if there are any. On this occasion, this was the most up to date pad for the bike. The cost of the pads was really good and slightly better than could be sourced locally. I did have a few other sets of pads for other bikes in my order and this meant the shipping cost was lower than if you purchased say one set. Anyway, my order arrived in 5 days from being shipped. EMS was my chosen courier and everything was packed really well. The rear pads for this FZ1 are not particularly special and although the bikes do catch some speed, there are not many who use the rear brake to it's potential. They are really good brake pads for this bike anyway, they had just worn down more than I would have liked so this is why we changed them. Very happy with the final result, great work Webike. It was decided to get a smaller and more functional eliminator and one we went for was the R&G branded one. I have recently used many of these kits for various bikes from R&G. I found the part by coincidence really whilst browsing through Webike R&G section. This looked a nice small and neat package so went for it anyway. This was added to my basket and order placed along with some other parts to keep the shipping low and spread out for the whole order. All arrived in 5 days. Yes, I suppose I could buy from R&G in the UK but there is relatively no price difference anyway plus, I already had items I wanted to order from Webike anyway. The eliminator or tail tidy as we call them here in the UK was packaged in a R&G box and then Webike packed all my other items in the outer box. Filled with bubble wrap, nothing could get damaged in transit. The tail tidy is a really good looking piece of kit. The paint is smooth and even and there are no sharp sections to catch you out. It is precision made and everything fitted together really easily. It comes with everything you would need for it to be legal on UK roads including the number plate light. The spacing for the indicators is perfect once everything was fitted. Finished in no time, just a couple of connectors and away you go. The harder part was putting everything back together. Very pleased with how the bike looks now with it being so much smaller. Thanks Webike. View Detail
One of the final parts needed which we did not have was this damper for the rear. For some reason this was also missing from the box so I decided to just order a new one instead of trying to hunt down a second hand one. Basically, finding the right damper was easy by checking the Kawasaki schematic for the single seat accessory section. Then from there, just put the part number into Webike search and voila, the right part number and a cracking price to boot. So much cheaper than my local Kawasaki dealer could match. Along with a couple of other parts for this project, I had them all shipped to save on funds. Also, EMS are the best courier I have found using Webike for over a year now. They just deliver fast and on time. I know when my order will arrive as the tracking is accurate. Webike warehouse packaged my items very well and there was no damage to anything when I received them. The damper is a press fit one which aligns with the prongs on the under side. This was a very well moulded part and spot on fitment meant I had no issues. I cannot commend enough how well Kawasaki make their spare/replacement parts. Just fantastic. One very happy customer right here. Thanks Webike, you are the best!! View Detail
This bike came in with a cam chain issue and it was diagnosed to be the fault with the cam chain tensioner. The cam chain tensioner was another of the parts I wanted to change on the refresh CRF250 anyway. I found the right one by using the help pages and cross referencing with Honda schematics. The price from Webike was almost a third of the cost of a locally sourced one. It just makes sense to order directly from the origin country really. With a couple of other parts for this refresh in the order, all were shipped using EMS and arrived in tip top condition in 5 days. The tensioner came in the Honda packet and was also wrapped up very well just in case of any knocks during transit. Not particularly anything to look at but the quality from Honda is plain to see. The cast is very good and the material used is strong but flexible. All very good and no flaws on the outsides at all. The true test of this will be after fitting but that will be done shortly when I have time to do it all together. One very pleased customer. Thanks Webike. View Detail
This little baby, the CBR1000RR needed a new air filter and we decided that going OEM was the best option. Not a big job but still, over time these do deteriorate and replacement is essential. Finding the correct filter for the bike was easy too, I checked on Webike website and this showed the models that fit each filter. Super easy. I had other items in my order and this then cut down the shipping over the entire order. I use EMS fast service which arrived at my door in 4 or 5 days, this time was 5 days but there was a weekend in-between. All the items were packaged really well and bubble wrap and air pockets were used to fill any space in the box. Webike even tape the outer box on all sides so nothing can get in out. The filter arrived in perfect condition and no signs of any damage. These air filter do also come in their own box which does help. The filter itself is a really well made piece of kit. Hi Flo really do know how to make these. All the filaments were perfect and spaced evenly. Fitting was a bit of a pain but only because you have to take a lot of parts off and move out of the way before you can get to the filter. If you take your time you will be fine. I have used Hi Flow air filters a lot lately and have had some good results from them and great customer feedback. The final result was great, all sorted really well. Very pleased with my order, a big thanks to Webike for doing a great job and providing a great service throughout. View Detail
Whilst I was fixing the faulty bearing on the rear wheel and replacing the oil seal there, I came across another issue with the rear linkage and it's bearings and seals. No point in trying to put a bad old part on a newly fixed bearing or you are going to have all kinds of issues in the future which will undo all your good work. Finding the right oil seal was straight forward using the tools Webike provide and cross referencing with Yamaha schematics. The price is really good value and along with some other parts for this bike, the shipping was good value too. EMS is my chosen courier and my order arrived swiftly in 5 days from being shipped. The oil seal came in the standard Yamaha packet and was inside a bubble wrap envelope for security. The oil seal itself is not really much to look at but you can see the quality is there from the off. There are no strange rubber extras attached as you see in some seals. It has a good amount of flexibility. But sturdy enough not to just rip upon install. After the overhaul of the main transmission bearing, this was a straight swap out. Thanks Webike, very pleased.
