Right out of the box, I was a bit let down to find some light rust on the item. For the price, I definitely expected better quality control. A few of the pre-installed screws were also damaged, clearly over-tightened during manufacturing. And to add to the initial disappointment, the product photo in the listing is completely inaccurate—it doesn't accurately represent what you'll receive.Installation is definitely a two-person job. Trust me on this one: trying to wrangle this and the rear carrier simultaneously is a real challenge. You'll save yourself a lot of frustration (and maybe some strained muscles) by having a helper.Honestly, Honda, I'm hoping for better QC on these products in the future.That said, even without the bags attached, the rack itself does look pretty sharp and sleek on the bike.
