It would have been nice if they had filled in the holes at the OEM stage, but there are holes.
The YZF-R6'08 has a hole in the Frame, so as the name suggests, I inserted it into the Frame. I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not.

Large Hole cap for the Frame of YZF-R6
Simply tighten with a screw and affix the Sticker to the top.
It will not come off while driving and matches the Black colored Frame.
